Direct Support Professionals

Beacon Therapy Services offers a proficient team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who provide support services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including those who diagnosed with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders and other neurological impairments.

Beacon understands the significant affect a DSP has on individuals facing challenges. We recruit fully trained and experienced Direct Support specialists who are responsible for the overall care, safety and well-being of individuals. All our Direct Support Professionals have experience with the ID/DD population, and are first aid, CPR and SCIP Certified.

We understand that reliability is key to successful development and offer consistency in staff. Our dependable DSP providers ensure goals and objectives are carried out for each individual.

We provide services on a per diem/part-time, temporary to permanent basis. Beacon thoroughly reviews each Direct Care Support request to accurately recruit the best candidate for each unique situation.
